These terms govern your use of the Flow app and website operated by Flow. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Flow converts speech to text on your device and, on request, translates or restyles text using our servers. Output is generated automatically and may contain mistakes; review it before sending.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.

3. Subscriptions and autopay

Flow Premium is offered as recurring plans shown on our Pricing page, priced in INR including applicable taxes.
When you subscribe you authorise a recurring payment (UPI Autopay, card or e-mandate) through Razorpay. The plan amount is charged automatically at the start of every billing period until you cancel.
Where a free trial is offered, the mandate is set up at sign-up and the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it; premium features may be paused until a payment succeeds.
We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website and brand belong to Flow. Text you create belongs to you.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
